Kosov@: request for support

Pristina: Dear friends of the Kosova Womens Network,

We wanted to inform you that we started the fundraising to help the families that were affected during the last week's events.

These families are: Albanian families Deliu and Veseli, from Mitrovica (their kids were drowned in the river) and the familly of Neventa Rikalo from Fushe Kosove (Kosovo Polje) whose house was completelly burned on 18 March. Nevenka is the founder of the Serbian Womens NGO "Ruka Ruci"(Hand to Hand).

We are happy that our Government allocated money to rebuild the burned houses and cultural/religious buildings, but we as Network feel that we should also give our contribution so I invite you to donate as much as you can for these families.
