The protest happened in Montzen, the freight train station near the Belgian-German border. With this action the activists protest against the complicity of the Belgian government with the American aggression, by providing logistical support.
The transports of American military material have started up again. They pass by rail to the harbor of Antwerp, where they are shipped to Iraq.
The same transports started a week earlier through the Netherlands, where they are met as well with blockading actions.
The military material belongs to the 1st Armored Brigade, a tank division based in Germany, which now gets shipped to Iraq to play a role in the occupation of the country.
