Conor Foley Human Rights, Human Wrongs Rivers Oram Press: A thick and detailed book, which actually originated as Liberty's alternative report on human rights in Great Britain for the UN Human Rights Committee, which censured Britain on several points last week. The section on migrants, refugees and asylum-seekers may be of particular interest to PN readers. There are also good chapters on women's rights; lesbians, gay men and bisexuals; censorship; mental health; and Northern Ireland.
